Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop business across General Trade (GT) and Up-to-date Trade (MT) channels.
- Modern Trade experience is mandatory, including handling MT accounts, outlets, chains, sales operations, promotions and product availability.
- Appoint, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, stockists and key channel partners.
- Ensure effective market coverage, product visibility, distribution and availability.
- Lead, train, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Track sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive business growth and strengthen market presence across the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Modern Trade (MT) sales and operations.
- 2–8 years of experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal or OTC products.
- Strong exposure to both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
- Proven experience in frontline sales supervision, territory sales or area sales management.
- Strong experience in distributor management, stockist handling, secondary sales and sales team management.
- Good knowledge of sales target achievement, market expansion, outlet coverage and product distribution.
- Strong communication, leadership and team-handling skills.
