Travel Executive / Travel Consultant

Job Summary

GoGoTrips is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executive to help customers plan and book memorable trips. The role involves understanding customer requirements, creating travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and providing excellent support before and during travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Plan customized domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Handle bookings for hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing, and activities.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with customers and convert travel inquiries into bookings.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve customer queries or travel-related issues.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel products, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and booking processes.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or tour company is an advantage.
