Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (Panel Board Specialist)

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team.

This is a hybrid role where you will divide your time between design/planning at our office and hands-on execution at client locations .

You will be the technical expert responsible for the complete lifecycle of main electrical panel boards—from design and manufacturing to on-site testing and commissioning.

Job Type & CompensationSalary: Starting from ₹25,000 / month (depending on experience).

Schedule: 6 days per week attendance required.

Location: Office-based with frequent travel to client sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesPanel Board Expertise: Design, assemble, wire, and troubleshoot all types of electrical panel boards, including Main Distribution Boards (MDB) , Sub-Distribution Boards (SDB), and Motor Control Centers (MCC).

On-Site Operations: Travel to client locations to install, test, inspect, and commission panel boards, ensuring they meet all safety regulations.

Office Engineering: Prepare electrical diagrams, component layouts,



load calculations, and bill of materials (BOM).

Client Relations: Walk clients through the installation process, perform safety handovers, and provide technical troubleshooting on-site.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical works adhere strictly to industry safety standards and project specifications.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, specifically focusing on custom panel building and heavy electrical works.

Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of switchgear, busbars, circuit breakers, relays, and industrial wiring.

Ability to read complex electrical schematics fluently.

Availability: Full commitment to a 6-day work week schedule with high reliability.

Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to various client locations.
