- Set up and configure hardware, software, and servers
- Monitor local networks and cloud infrastructure
- Keep operating systems and enterprise applications updated.
Security and Data Protection
- Install firewalls and enforce cybersecurity protocols
- Run regular system checks to prevent security threats
- Schedule routine data backups and test recovery plans
User and Access Control
- Create, update, and delete employee user accounts
- Manage permissions and password security policies
- Handle technical onboarding and offboarding for staff
Troubleshooting and Support
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults
- Manage IT help desk tickets and assist users
- Document processes and system configurations
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
