Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute Organic Social Media Marketing strategies.

* Generate organic leads through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and other social platforms.

* Handle cold outreach and engagement with international clients through non-voice communication.

* Work on SMO, online branding, and audience engagement.

* Create and optimize content strategies for better reach and lead generation.

* Track social media performance and improve campaign results regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Graduate/Post Graduate with experience in Social Media Marketing.

* Strong knowledge of Organic Lead Generation and social media platforms.

* Excellent English communication and marketing skills.

* Creative, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

* Ability to manage branding, engagement, and online outreach effectively.
