We are looking for a passionate and experienced Continental DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) to join our culinary team at Signature Club Resort.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Continental cuisine.
- Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
- Experience in a hotel/resort or reputed hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to maintain food quality, hygiene and consistency.
- Good knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility and support the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present Continental dishes as per established standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper food storage, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor mise en place and ensure timely preparation for service.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Follow all HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Support the team during busy operations and special events.
