Opening for : Product Design engineer ( Robotics / Mechanical )
Experience : 2- 5 year in filed of design and development.

Job Requirements: -

● Conceptualize, design, and develop products or improve existing products, based on product requirements.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure the product is designed for manufacturability, functionality, and user experience.

● Create 3D models and technical drawings using rhino, and Fusion360 software, and generate product specifications and bills of materials.

● Good understanding of the electro-mechanical device, Motors, actuators, sensors, camera understanding and mechanical consideration.

● Work with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and manufacturing processes that meet product requirements and cost targets.

● Conduct prototyping and testing of product designs, including functional, usability, and reliability testing.

● Participate in design reviews, ensuring that the product meets design requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

● Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and manufacturing instructions.

● Continuously improve products and processes, and identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and innovation.

● Good documentation skills.

Skills/Requirements:

● Proficiency in any CAD software.

● Experience with new product design and development processes, preferably coming from an NPD environment,



is a plus.

● Basic understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes, like sheet metal, Plastic, and assembly.

● Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with industrial designers, electronics engineers, and manufacturing engineers.

● Robust communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

● Experience in prototyping and testing product designs, including functional, usability, and reliability testing.

● self responsible and leader mind set to manage project management & methodologies, and the ability to manage projects seamlessly with internal expectation alignment.

● Creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique and innovative product solutions.

● Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create accurate and detailed technical documentation.

● Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

● Understanding open source hardware and software with motors, sensors, and hands-on experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,506.43 - ₹40,203.75 per month
