NCC ANO – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and manage NCC training, drills, parades, and physical activities for cadets.
- Plan and supervise NCC camps, annual training camps, shooting activities, and other NCC events.
- Develop discipline, leadership, teamwork, patriotism, and character among cadets.
- Prepare students for NCC examinations, certificate assessments, and competitions.
- Coordinate with NCC authorities, battalion/unit officers, and school management.
- Maintain NCC records, attendance, documentation, and cadet-related reports.
- Organize and participate in national days, ceremonial parades, community service, and social-awareness activities.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, and proper conduct of cadets during training and camps.
- Preferably should have prior experience as an NCC ANO/Associate NCC Officer or equivalent NCC training experience.

Mandatory Requirement

The candidate must be willing to commit to a minimum service period of 2 years with the school.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
