We are a reputed real estate company looking for energetic and confident Tele Callers to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating property leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make cold calls and warm calls to generate property-related inquiries
- Engage with potential buyers/investors and create interest in our properties
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Coordinate closely with the sales team
- Achieve daily calling targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic property information
- Maintain call reports and update data in the CRM

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Transparent and confident speaking voice
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Computer proficiency (MS Office / CRM)
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
