Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, build strong customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, references, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote products/services through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Manage social media activities and coordinate promotional content.
- Support lead-generation and brand-awareness activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, meetings,



and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives/performance bonuses.
