As a Customer Success Engineer Intern, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience while understanding product workflows and solving customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand the LineupX platform and assist customers in onboarding and usage

● Interact with clients to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

● Coordinate with product and operations teams for issue resolution

● Help improve customer engagement and retention





● Conduct product demos and walkthroughs when required

● Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

● Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth communication

● Support day-to-day customer success operations
