Role Summary

The Financial Analyst – CSS Compensation will support end-to-end compensation operations, including Compensation planning, Commission expense forecasting, Payout handling, Performance Reporting, centralization and automation initiatives related to compensation process.
This role is responsible for managing key compensation finance activities across planning, forecasting, reporting and operational execution. The analyst will partner with Field Finance, Business Operations, Compensation Administration and regional/global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of commission expense forecasts, compensation plan support, sales credit attainment reviews, paylist reviews, JE preparation, performance reporting and commission payout processing.
The role requires solid analytical ability, attention to detail, stakeholder management and comfort working with Excel, APEX, RPA/CODEX and related reporting tools. The individual will also support automation and centralisation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual dependency and strengthen process controls.

- Manage recurring daily, weekly,



monthly and quarterly compensation activities within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and support commission expense forecasts, including movement analysis, delta explanations and stakeholder review.
- Support compensation plan management, quota model updates, SCR/SPIF approvals, bonus calculations and high attainment reviews.
- Partner with Field Finance, Business Operations and Compensation Administration teams for payouts, forecasting, approvals and issue resolution.
- Prepare paylist reviews, GL reconciliations, JE inputs and EVP/global performance reporting.
- Own or support centralised processes such as SCR APEX templates, quota management and reporting automation.
- Use Excel, APEX, CODEX/RPA and BI tools to improve reporting quality, controls and process efficiency.
- Maintain SOPs, backup coverage and process documentation to ensure business continuity.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
