We specialise in helping startups and MSMEs scale by securing critical funding, government grants, bank loans, and investor matchmaking. We are building a high-energy corporate sales pipeline and are looking for sharp, ambitious Business Development professionals to join our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify emerging startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs through online business registries, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Outbound Pitching: Reach out directly to company founders, directors, and decision-makers via cold calls, professional emails, and networking channels.
- Consultative Selling: Brief potential clients regarding various government startup schemes, grants, and scaling solutions available for their businesses.
- Pipeline Management: Schedule qualified meetings and consultations between interested founders and our senior consultancy experts.





What We Are Looking For:

- Exceptional Communication: Flawless and confident verbal and written skills in both Hindi and English.
- Resilience: A high-energy individual with a strong mindset to handle client objections and rejections gracefully.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated by monetary incentives and corporate career growth metrics.
- Basic Business Knowledge: A foundational understanding of entrepreneurship, business structures, or startups is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
- Local Commute: Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office in Sector 63, Noida.
