We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, following up with leads, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with new and existing clients through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, and Calls
- Generate and follow up with potential domestic and international leads
- Understand customer requirements for diamonds and jewellery
- Share product details, quotations, images, videos, and other required information with clients
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful orders
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements and orders
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Confident in communicating with customers
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of diamonds/jewellery will be an advantage
- Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply
