About the Opportunity

Sterling & Wilson Data Center (SWDC) is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Team Manager – HVAC to support large-scale Data Center and MEP projects.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in HVAC Design & Engineering, technical coordination, and project delivery within EPC / Industrial / Commercial environments.

Experience Required

- Total Experience: 3–10 Years
- Relevant Experience: MEP & Data Center Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HVAC Design & Engineering activities across projects
- Handle Water Supply, Drainage, STP, Pumps, Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression Systems
- Review IFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, TDS, BOQ & Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA & IS Codes
- Work on PLC / Control Panel Logic, System Schematics & Pipe Support Design
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Vendors & Site Teams
- Manage Engineers & Revit Modelers and ensure timely project submissions
- Deliver projects within defined schedules and quality standards

Qualification

Mandatory:

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹6–18 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
