About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and promote our IT products and services through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company.
- Manage Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, creatives, videos and promotional content.
- Generate B2B leads for CCTV, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Laptops, AMC, Access Control, Biometric and other IT services.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Handle basic SEO, keyword research and website optimization.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Research competitors,



market trends and current digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns where required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools will be preferred.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console will be an advantage.
- Ability to generate B2B leads through digital platforms.
- Analytical and result-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in IT, technology, B2B or system-integrator companies will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage campaigns and generate measurable leads will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
