We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to handle international customer interactions through voice calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.




- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer service during every interaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
