We are looking for an Executive – Production & Operations to coordinate production and operational activities between the Head Office and manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between Head Office and factories for production, materials, quality, maintenance and dispatch.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans and track Plan vs. Actual performance.
- Manage production orders, BOM, material consumption, WIP, finished goods and inventory through ERP.
- Prepare production MIS and reports covering production performance, pending orders, inventory, downtime, rejection and rework.
- Monitor factory performance, production efficiency, capacity utilization, manpower and machine downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean and TPM.




- Analyse production data using ERP and MS Excel and provide actionable insights to management.

Candidate Profile

✔ 3–4 years of hands-on shop-floor experience in a footwear manufacturing company
✔ Solid working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems – ERP knowledge is mandatory
✔ Knowledge of SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage
✔ Good understanding of production planning, material & inventory coordination and production control
✔ Strong MS Excel and MIS skills
✔ Willingness to travel/visit factories or warehouses when required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
