Key Responsibilities (Freshers with a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and a keen interest in façade estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering are encouraged to apply. )

1. Tender Management

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Identify project scope, exclusions, and commercial risks.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for tender clarifications.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare queries.
- 2. BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Prepare detailed BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Measure quantities for:
- Aluminium doors & windows
- Curtain wall systems
- Unitized façade
- Spider glazing
- ACP cladding
- Louvers
- Railings
- Glass works
- Verify BOQs received from clients.
- Update BOQs as per revised drawings and design changes.
- 3. Cost Estimation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, fabrication, transportation, installation, equipment, and overheads.

4. Vendor & Material Coordination

- Float enquiries to suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.




- Coordinate with procurement for material pricing.
- Maintain a database of current market rates.

5. Technical Coordination

- Study IFC, GFC, shop, and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for technical inputs.
- Review system specifications and material requirements.

6. Commercial Analysis

- Prepare rate analysis for non-BOQ and variation items.
- Calculate project margins and profitability.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize costs.
- Assist in preparing variation and extra-item quotations.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Compare vendor quotations and recommend the most economical option.
- Prepare project budgets and profitability analysis.
