We are looking for a creative and efficient Video Editor & Graphic Designer to work primarily on educational and healthcare content for doctors and medical professionals.

The role involves editing short-form and long-form video content, creating social media graphics, and generating AI-based photos/videos wherever required to support content creation.

The editing and design style should be clean, up-to-date, engaging and qualified, rather than overly flashy or entertainment-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit a minimum of 3–4 short-form videos/Reels per working day.
- Edit educational healthcare Reels featuring doctors and medical professionals.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos as required.
- Create social media graphics, carousel posts, Reel covers, YouTube thumbnails and other digital creatives.
- Add subtitles, B-roll, relevant images, graphics, icons, animations and sound effects where appropriate.
- Improve pacing and retention while keeping the content professional and credible.
- Generate AI photos, AI visuals and AI videos wherever required.
- Use AI tools effectively to create supporting visual assets while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain branding across different doctor accounts.
- Make revisions based on feedback within the required timelines.
- Organise project files properly and maintain a smooth daily workflow.

Skills Required

- Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Ability to generate AI photos, visuals and videos using relevant AI tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.




- Ability to edit talking-head videos in an engaging yet professional style.
- Good sense of subtitles, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing and colour combinations.
- Ability to find and use relevant B-roll and supporting visuals.
- Basic understanding of long-form YouTube editing.
- Good attention to detail, especially with medical terminology and on-screen text.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet daily deadlines.

Work Expectations

- This is a full-time Work From Home position.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday.
- Every Sunday, 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday will be off.
- Minimum expected output is 3–4 short-form/Reel edits per working day.
- Long-form YouTube editing and graphic-design assignments will also be part of the role.
- AI-based visual generation may be required depending on project needs.
- Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop, required software/tools and reliable internet connection.
- Regular availability and timely communication during working hours are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple healthcare/doctor accounts.

Compensation

₹15,499 per month — Fixed

There will be no additional incentives, allowances, bonuses, benefits or separate payments beyond the stated monthly salary for the responsibilities included in this role.
