Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations .

2. Lead, guide, and monitor a team of education counsellors.

3. Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.

4. Develop and maintain solid relationships with universities, colleges, and international education partners.

5. Follow up on student applications, offers, enrolments, and pending documentation.

6. Monitor student recruitment targets for team.

7. Ensure the counselling team provides accurate and updated information to students.

8. Track team performance, student conversions, and application status.

9. Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and performance guidance.

Resolve student and parent queries professionally and efficiently.

11. Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, scholarships, and visa guidelines.

12. Prepare and maintain reports related to applications, admissions, enrolments, and team performance.

13. Support business development activities, seminars, education fairs, and student recruitment campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
