Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate should have worked with businesses such as manufacturing, e-commerce, FMCG, BPO, or consumer brands and should be comfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense, journal, receipt, and payment entries.
- Manage GST accounting, GST returns, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and returns.
- Assist with Income Tax, ITR preparation, and related documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports for management.

Mandatory Skills





- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Good knowledge of GST and GST reconciliation.
- Practical knowledge of TDS.
- Knowledge of Income Tax and ITR-related work.
- Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Manufacturing, E-commerce, FMCG, BPO, Healthcare, or D2C businesses preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Responsible and deadline-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle multiple entities, ledgers, and transactions.
