Monthly Salary – (20000 - 25000 + Incentive)
Timing: 10AM to 7PM
Experience: 1–3 years

Core Field Responsibilities:

On-Site Lead Generation & Scouting

- Visit ongoing construction sites, newly handed-over apartment complexes, and commercial properties daily to identify design opportunities.
- Conduct cold visits to property management offices, real estate builders, and developers to pitch interior services.
- Distribute company brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials directly to potential clients on-site.

B2B Relationship & Network Building

- Build and maintain a robust referral network with local architects, civil contractors, and site supervisors.
- Partner with premium material vendors (hardware, lighting, flooring shops) to exchange customer leads.
- Attend local real estate expos, trade shows, and community networking events to represent the firm.

Client Pitching & Coordination

- Conduct initial face-to-face meetings with prospective clients directly at their properties.
- Coordinate with the design team to arrange site measurement visits for interested leads.




- Collect initial site requirements and hand over clean briefing data to the internal design team.

Specific Field Qualifications & Requirements

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving licence and personal transport (two-wheeler or car) for daily travel.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local geography, upcoming residential layouts, and commercial hubs.
- Stamina & Resilience: Ability to handle extensive daily travel, outdoor weather conditions, and cold-pitch rejections.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken communication and negotiation skills in languages (Hindi, English, Bengali)

Experience: 1–3 years of outdoor sales or field marketing experience in real estate, building materials, or decor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
