Key Responsibilities:

1) Tele calling the Lead/enquiries from India Mart and social media platforms.

2) Filter out Right potential buying customers with their budget and maintain in an Excel track for regular follow-ups and updates.

3) Send our previous project photos and videos in WhatsApp.

4) Design free hand sketch plan drawings to customers for better understanding.

5) Work out Project costings of the BOM given from design team in excel and Prepare and send Project quotations.

Qualifications:

-B.E Civil or B.Arch with focus on sales and marketing.

Skill Set:

-Fluency in speaking and writing English.

-Proficient in data management using Excel.

-Competent in document typing using MS Word.

Experience:

3 of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.

Salary negotiable for right talents from same or similar Industry.

Age: 27 plus.

Note:

We Prefer candidates within 20kms radius from Thindal, Erode.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
