Soni and Soni Advocates & Attorneys, an IP law firm specialising in trademark, copyright, and patent services, is seeking a confident, sharp, and communicative Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to support our Manager in growing and maintaining client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handle incoming leads and inquiries — respond promptly, understand their requirement, and explain the firm's services clearly
- Speak with new prospects over calls to qualify interest and coordinate next steps
- Stay in regular touch with existing clients — updates, follow-ups, and coordination — from the office
- Support the Manager by preparing him for client visits with relevant background and updates
- Maintain organised records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
- Report regularly to the Manager on lead status, conversions, and client communication
- Ensure smooth handover between new leads, ongoing client coordination, and the legal team

What We're Looking For

- Strong sales aptitude with excellent, confident communication skills




- Comfortable speaking with new leads and clients over calls, building trust quickly without meeting in person
- Sharp, quick-thinking, and able to understand and explain a specialised service (no legal background required — full training provided)
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Organised and dependable — able to manage multiple leads and relationships without things slipping
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar client-facing role preferred
- This is an office-based role — no field travel required
