- Profile Assessment: Evaluate client qualifications, financial standing, and travel history to recommend correct visa categories. [1]
- Client Consultation: Explain documentation requirements, procedural timelines, and fee structures via phone, email, or in person. [1, 2]
- Application Processing: Assist with filling out forms, formatting financial/academic papers, and compiling error-free application bundles. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Policy Monitoring: Stay current on evolving immigration guidelines, embassy rules, and visa quotas for major regions like Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA. [, 3, 4]
- Interview Coaching: Prepare clients for upcoming embassy or consulate interview steps. [1]
- Record Management: Update CRM software or physical filing systems accurately with active client statuses

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- VISA COUNSELING : 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
