Responsible for plan & delivering production as per production plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages within targets. Responsible for manning requisition and allocation of available manpower to various workstations within department.

- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Train and integrate new workers
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Handle department documents & registers, Shift team & Floor Management

Required Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience as a production or similar role
- Full understanding of industry safety standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
- The ability to meet the physical demands - on floor job
- Working well within a team
- Ability to multitask
- Leadership and conflict-management skills
- Diploma -Mechanical/Electrical with min 15 years of experience.

Job location: Manjusar GIDC, self drive to location.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
