Business Development Executive / Manager

- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Industry: Multi-State Credit Society
- Products: Fixed Deposit (FD) & Recurring Deposit (RD)

Job Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new agents/Business Associates.

- Activate and continuously support recruited agents to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly FD/RD mobilisation targets.
- Generate new customers through agents, referrals and direct business development.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with agents and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/agent network.
- Conduct regular field visits and support agents in lead generation and conversion.
- Provide product information and sales guidance to agents.
- Monitor agent-wise performance and submit regular business reports.
- Work closely with the management to achieve overall business growth.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Banking, NBFC, Credit Society, Insurance,



Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
- Experience in agent recruitment and team activation will be an advantage.
- Good communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
