Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Manager – Post Sales to manage the complete customer journey from booking to agreement, payment collection, registration, possession, and handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential real estate post-sales CRM, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Banking teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking until possession and handover.
- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, outstanding dues, agreements, registration, and possession.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain customer documentation including booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, KYC documents, payment receipts, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payment collections, demand letters, receipts, and outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers and banks regarding home loan approvals, sanction letters, disbursements, and loan-related documentation.
- Coordinate with Legal and Registration teams for agreement execution, sale deed registration, and related processes.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, construction milestones, registration, and possession timelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate site visits, apartment inspections, snagging, possession, and handover activities.




- Maintain accurate customer information, payment status, documentation, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Generate and share regular CRM MIS reports covering bookings, collections, documentation, registration, possession, and pending activities.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Construction, and Management teams to ensure timely closure of customer requirements.
- Identify potential delays or customer issues and proactively drive resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey.

Candidate Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales / Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in residential apartment projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real-estate post-sales processes from booking to possession.
- Valuable understanding of sale agreements, registration, payment schedules, collections, home loans, and handover processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Bangalore real estate / East Bangalore / Hoskote projects will be preferred.
