Personal Assistant Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, meetings and appointments of management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain meeting schedules.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, documents and correspondence.
- Handle follow-ups with internal departments, clients, vendors and business associates.
- Maintain confidential company and management-related information.
- Assist management in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Prepare meeting notes, action points and follow up on pending tasks.
- Manage emails, calls and other official communication as required.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Assist the Marketing team in daily marketing and business development activities.
- Coordinate with customers, distributors, clients and business partners.




- Maintain customer and lead databases and ensure regular follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, company profiles and marketing-related documents.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and business meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Track enquiries, customer requirements and follow-up status.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, QA, QC, Purchase and Accounts whenever required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
