As an ERP Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate day-to-day functional and operational queries on our ERP platform. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who enjoys problem-solving, learning recent software, and working directly with customers to start a career in enterprise software support.

What You'll Do

- Respond to client queries related to day-to-day usage of the ERP system via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot functional issues reported by clients and guide them to a resolution
- Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until closure
- Assist clients with basic configuration, data entry corrections, and report generation within the ERP
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams (development/implementation)
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions
- Build a strong understanding of the ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.) to support clients effectively




- Help identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
- Create and customize document formats (invoices, reports, vouchers, etc.) for clients using DevExpress Reports, the ERP's built-in reporting tool

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Good problem-solving and analytical ability
- Comfortable working with software applications; basic understanding of accounting/business processes is a plus
- Patient, customer-first attitude with the ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
- Willingness to learn our ERP product in depth
- Freshers are encouraged to apply — training will be provided

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
