Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer (EL3) with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, ReactJS, REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, Azure, Kubernetes, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Docker.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong full-stack development capabilities along with experience building cloud-native, containerized, and microservices-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable web applications using .NET Core and ReactJS.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using C# and .NET Core.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Design and implement scalable Microservices architectures.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS.
- Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, stored procedures, optimization, and data management.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads using Kubernetes.
- Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve build, release, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, API, database, and production issues.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Technical SkillsBackend – .NET

- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications and backend services.
- Strong experience with REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
- Experience designing and developing Microservices.

Frontend – ReactJS

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
- Experience developing reusable and scalable UI components.
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating React applications with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and state management.

Azure & Cloud

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure environments.
- Good understanding of Azure compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and application services.
- Experience with cloud-native application architecture is preferred.

Kubernetes & Docker

- Strong experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
- Understanding of pods, deployments, services, configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with containerized microservices in production environments.

Database

- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong SQL querying and database development skills.
- Experience with stored procedures, views, indexing, joins,



and query optimization.
- Understanding of database performance tuning.

DevOps & CI/CD

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of source control, automated builds, testing, deployments, and release management.
- Experience integrating Docker/Kubernetes deployments into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.

Architecture & Engineering

- Strong understanding of Microservices and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of API Gateway, service-to-service communication, authentication, authorization, and fault handling.
- Understanding of scalability, availability, resilience, and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, tracing, and application health checks.
- Knowledge of secure coding and enterprise application security practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
