Qualification - BAMS/BHMS/Bachelor in Physician Assistant

Experience - Minimum 1 year

JD -

- Assist the physician in assessment and management of patients.
- Record patient history, presenting complaints, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
- Conduct preliminary patient assessments as per hospital protocols and physician instructions.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any deterioration or abnormal findings to the treating physician.
- Assist during rounds, procedures, and clinical examinations as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up of investigations, reports, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and other departments for patient care.
- Follow up on pending investigations and communicate relevant reports to the treating consultant.




- Assist in coordinating admissions, transfers, referrals, and discharges.
- Support continuity of care between different shifts and departments.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the HIMS/EMR.
- Assist the physician with preparation and updating of patient notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical records.
- Ensure documentation is complete and maintained as per hospital and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
