Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Operate the cash register/POS system accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other payments.
- Issue receipts and provide correct change.
- Handle refunds and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile the cash drawer.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic complaints.
- Assist with stocking or other store duties when required.
- Follow company policies and security procedures.
