JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR professional to independently manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employee-related matters independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower records.
2. Employee Management
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain positive employee relations and a professional work culture.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance, punctuality, and workplace behaviour.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, early leaving, and absenteeism.
- Manage leave applications and maintain accurate leave records.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts/Finance team.
- Verify salary information, deductions, incentives, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal and review processes.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs.
- Identify training and development requirements.
6. HR Policies & Documentation
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and update HR forms, registers, and documentation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Support management in developing and improving HR policies.
7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement
- Manage employee resignations and notice periods.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate relieving and clearance processes.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement with Accounts/Finance.
- Ensure proper exit documentation.
8. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare regular HR MIS reports covering:
- Headcount
- Recruitment
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- Overtime
- Employee movement
- Payroll-related information
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labour laws.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good leadership and team-handling capabilities.
