We're GrowthSchool. And we built Outskill.

GrowthSchool started with one belief: you learn a skill fastest from the person actually doing it. So we partnered with the top 1% of instructors to build high-impact, cohort-based courses in personal and professional growth for learners around the world and used AI to make that learning personal at a scale a classroom never could.

Then AI changed what "upskilling" even means. Roles started getting rewritten faster than curriculums could keep up, and the real divide stopped being skilled versus unskilled. It became AI-ready versus not.

So, we built Outskill, our AI education arm, to close that gap, practical, implementation-first AI training for professionals, teams and enterprises. Today Outskill is one of the largest AI education companies in the world: 16M+ learners across 160+ countries, and programs running everywhere from individual upskilling to enterprise AI transformation.

What that actually feels like day to day: we're 300+ people, backed by Sequoia, moving at a speed that surprises most people who join us. Products ship in weeks, not quarters. There's no thick layer of process between an idea and it going live. You'll own things visibly bigger than your title. Some experiments will fail publicly, and we'll talk about them openly on Monday.

What you'll Do

Consult, Guide & Convert

- Connect with high-intent inbound leads.
- Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend the most suitable GrowthSchool programs.




- Build trust through consultative conversations and help professionals make informed learning decisions.

Own Your Sales Pipeline

- Manage leads from qualification through enrolment.
- Schedule discovery sessions or independently close enrolments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and CRM records.

Collaborate & Innovate

- Partner with Marketing, Account Executives, and Program Managers to improve outreach strategies.
- Share customer insights, objections, and feedback to continuously enhance the learner experience.

Deliver Results

- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.

What we are looking for

- Sales Consultant: 1–3 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.
- Senior Sales Consultant: 3–5 years of sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.

Must Have Experience

- Strong passion for consultative selling and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven track record in sales, prospecting, or pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good-to-Have

- Experience in EdTech or high-ticket B2C consultative sales.
- Understanding of learner personas such as working professionals, career switchers, and freelancers.
- Experience demonstrating digital products or online learning solutions.
