Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging while supporting students' academic and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes VI to X as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to simplify concepts and enhance learning.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide academic support and remedial guidance to strengthen students' conceptual understanding.
- Encourage participation in subject-related competitions, quizzes, exhibitions, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.




- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
