We are looking for experienced, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team across various roles in School Marketing, Admissions, Counselling, Regional Coordination, and School Administration. Candidates will be expected to work closely with parents, students, school teams, and management, handle responsibilities efficiently, follow up on assigned tasks, resolve concerns, achieve defined targets, and contribute to the overall growth and smooth functioning of the school. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, responsible, organized, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as as part of a team, with a robust commitment to delivering quality results and maintaining a positive professional relationship with parents, students and colleagues.
JOB ROLES DESCRIPTION:
- TELECALLING - Responsible for making outbound calls to parents and prospective students to inform them about school admissions, academic programs, facilities, and other key offerings; understand parent requirements, answer admission-related queries, generate interest, schedule campus visits, and maintain regular follow-ups until the parent visits the school and the enquiry is converted into admission. The candidate will maintain accurate lead and follow-up records, coordinate with Parent Counsellors and the marketing team, achieve assigned calling and admission conversion targets, and ensure every lead is followed up professionally and consistently.
- PARENT COUNSELLOR - Responsible for counselling parents and overall educational approach; understand parents’ requirements, explain the school’s academic strengths and offerings clearly,
address queries and concerns, build trust, and effectively convince parents to choose the school for their child. Should conduct counselling sessions, follow up with interested parents after enquiries and campus visits, handle objections professionally, coordinate with Telecallers and the marketing team, and work towards achieving admission conversion targets.
- REGIONAL INCHARGE - Responsible for managing and coordinating the overall marketing and admission activities within the assigned region, including supervising Telecallers, Parent Counsellors, School Marketing teams, and other marketing personnel; monitor daily work, lead generation, parent follow-ups, campus visits, counselling, and admission conversions; guide team members in effective communication, counselling, follow-up, and conversion strategies; track team performance and targets; coordinate with school management and various departments to resolve marketing and admission-related issues; handle important parent concerns and support counselling when required; plan and monitor regional marketing activities, campaigns, outreach programs, and admission drives; analyse leads and conversion performance, prepare regular reports, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve results.
- ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - Responsible for coordinating with the entire school and ensuring day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including handling and following up on transport-related concerns, electrical and maintenance issues, infrastructure and facility requirements, and other operational matters; coordinate with relevant departments, staff, vendors, service providers, drivers, and maintenance personnel to ensure issues are addressed and resolved on time; manage school office supplies by monitoring requirements, maintaining records, coordinating procurement, and ensuring timely availability and distribution; maintain proper documentation of operational activities, follow up on pending issues until closure, support school management in administrative activities, identify recurring concerns, and provide practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted school operations.
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA:
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience in the respective field.
- Experience in school/education, admissions, marketing, counselling, administration, or related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with a proven ability to handle responsibilities and achieve results will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
