Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Incharge to represent and promote academic programmes to schools across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working within a school environment and be confident in engaging with Principals, Academic Directors, and Trustees to present educational programmes, build long-term relationships, and ensure successful programme implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with school management, including Principals, Academic Directors, and Trustees, to present and explain academic programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, positioning the organization as a trusted academic partner.
- Address questions and objections regarding programme value, implementation, and suitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools after onboarding and manage relationships throughout the engagement.
- Coordinate with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure successful programme execution.
- Stay updated on partner schools' academic calendars, priorities, and operational requirements.
- Share market insights and school feedback with the leadership team to improve programme positioning and delivery.

Candidate Profile Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working within a school environment.
- Previous experience as an Academic Coordinator or in a similar school leadership-facing role is preferred.

Knowledge & Experience

- Experience interacting with and reporting to Principals and senior school leadership.
- Strong understanding of school operations, academic planning, timetabling, assessment cycles, and board requirements (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB).
- Experience presenting educational programmes, proposals, or initiatives to school management is an added advantage.
