About the Role

Ravtar is hiring SOC Interns to join our operations team focused on GPS-based, real-time tracking and monitoring of trucks, trailers, and high-value cargo. This role provides hands-on exposure to a quick-paced, technology-driven SOC environment responsible for ensuring the safety, visibility, and compliance of supply chain and logistics operations.

Initial Internship: Mandatory (30 Days)

This internship enables Ravtar to train candidates in its exact SOC processes and operational standards, identify high performers early, and develop a dependable talent pipeline for long-term operations while strengthening overall monitoring and response capabilities.

Internship Structure & Stipend

- Month 1: Training + Internship with a stipend of ₹7,500/-
- Month 2: Performance evaluation phase
- Internship certificate provided upon successful completion
- Top performers will be offered full-time roles as SOC Executives (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates, diploma or bachelor’s degree holders from recognized institutions
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (three shifts, 9 hours each)

Key Responsibilities





- Monitor GPS tracking systems for mobile and stationary assets
- Respond to real-time alerts (route deviations, stoppages, geofence breaches, theft alerts)
- Follow defined SOPs and client protocols
- Log all events and actions accurately in the system
- Coordinate with drivers, field teams, and clients
- Escalate incidents to senior SOC staff when required

Post-Internship Career Path

High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions:

- SOC Executive (5 positions)
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (performance-based)
