- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide a team of junior accountants and data entry operators. Delegate daily tasks, review their work for accuracy, and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, contractor billing, payroll processing, and daily bank reconciliations specific to construction projects.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor ledgers, tax misalignments, or inter-branch billing issues before they escalate.
- TallyPrime Mastery: Must be an expert power-user of TallyPrime for current operations. The candidate should be highly capable of setting up complex company features, utilizing cost centres for different construction projects, configuring advanced GST setups (like managing single parties with multiple GST numbers in one ledger), and handling GSTR-2B reconciliations directly within the software.




- ERP Migration & Adaptability: The company is planning to shift its accounting operations to a different ERP system in the near future. The candidate must be highly adaptable, quick to learn current systems, and capable of adjusting workflows to meet the company's evolving requirements. Experience in assisting with data migration, mapping ledgers, and transitioning tax setups to a new ERP platform is highly desired.
- Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting) for handling large volumes of construction data and facilitating smooth data exports during the upcoming ERP transition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
