We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team with 1 year experience in travel field . In this role, you will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements while providing excellent customer service from inquiry to trip completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Plan and book domestic and international tours.
- Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance.
- Prepare customized itineraries and qualified quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Handle booking modifications and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies, and tourism regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online travel booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
