Experience Required
- 1 to 8 years of experience
- Prior experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, or Program Advisory is preferred
- B2C Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners and provide career guidance.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
- Understand customer goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle objections effectively and close high-value enrollments.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in high-ticket sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant B2C sales experience.
- Prior EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling premium education programs or high-value products is an advantage.
