ASST STORE MANAGER :

STARTING SALARY : Rs 20,000/- + INCENTIVE (OR) BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Work Location : In person Only Coimbatore

Only Experince more than 1 years in the Department Store

Most Preferable to with experience of Department Store operation(Super Market - Grocesry Store)

************ The Person should be from Coimbatore City only

Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Staff Supervision & Team Coordination

✅ Managing Incoming Supplier Deliveries

✅ Maintaining Stock Accuracy & Barcode Scanning

✅ Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety Checks

✅ Managing Shift Operations & Team Briefing

Core roles and responsibilities include :-

- Oversaw day-to-day operations of managing the team members.
- Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
- Provide staff with feedback, coaching and performance whenever required.
- Manage the store in overseeing daily counter operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management.
- Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures.




- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Understanding the sales force team skills to educate and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
- Manage billing, cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Monitor daily stock movements, negative inventory, damages, and expiry closures while managing manpower planning
- Conducted regular performance reviews and provided coaching and feedback to team members to enhance productivity
- Monitoring sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to the organisational standards

Required Key Skills:

Store Showroom Experience, Leadership, Sales Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Team Handling, Billing, Communication and Target Achievement.
