ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Selection:
- HR executives handle the recruitment process through internal hiring, job postings, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and online platforms. They focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by ensuring completion of paperwork, conducting orientation, and helping recent employees transition into their roles.
3. Recruitment Updates:
- Provide daily or weekly reports on the status of recruitments, including applicants, screenings, interviews, and offers.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
4. Employee Attendance & Leave:
- Daily reports on attendance, absences, and any tardiness.
- Weekly summaries of leave requests, approvals, and remaining leave balances.
5. HR Administrative Tasks:
- Daily status reports on administrative activities like updating employee records, payroll changes, and responding to inquiries.
- Track and complete pending tasks in a timely manner.
6. Employee Relations:
- Foster positive relations, address concerns, and ensure smooth communication between management and employees. Promote engagement and a healthy work environment.
7. Performance Management:
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
8. Training & Development:
- Coordinate employee training programs, assess training needs, organize workshops, and evaluate their effectiveness.
9. Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop compensation plans and benefits programs based on performance and market trends.
- Conduct salary surveys and recommend adjustments to salary structures and incentives.
10. HR Policies & Procedures:
- Implement and communicate HR policies aligned with company goals and legal compliance, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
11. Payroll Processing:
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, providing necessary salary data, deductions, and allowances.
12. Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, recognition, and retention through engagement initiatives.
13. HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance, and personal data, using HR information systems (HRIS).
14. Salary Structure Development:
- Establish salary ranges based on job evaluations and market trends, ensuring consistency and transparency in compensation.
15. Communication & Employee Support:
- Provide clear salary-related information, address inquiries, and communicate any changes in salary structure.
16. Record-Keeping:
- Maintain up-to-date salary-related records for audits, compliance, and future reference.
17. Employee Separation & Offboarding:
- Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, paperwork, compliance,
and final settlements.
18. HR Compliance & Benefits:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESI, EPF, gratuity), draft employee agreements, resolve labor disputes, and educate employees on their legal rights.
- Stay updated with legal changes and implement necessary policy adjustments.
19. Employee Feedback:
- Gather and analyze feedback through surveys and suggestions, collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns, and improve employee satisfaction.
20. Upholding Brand Guidelines:
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand through HR materials, onboarding, and communications, ensuring alignment with the company's visual identity and tone.

Reporting to Senior HR
1. Provide regular updates on recruitment, onboarding, and employee attendance.
2. Report on administrative task completion, employee relations, and training activities.
3. Track HR metrics and compliance, and prepare ad hoc reports as necessary.
4. Maintain communication logs of HR interactions and key decisions.
5. Track performance reviews, feedback, and employee engagement participation. Address grievances and report resolutions or pending actions.

Workplace Conduct
- Availability & Responsiveness: Prioritize being available and responsive during work hours, ensuring timely communication through phone calls, messages, and emails. This promotes professionalism and prevents delays in achieving goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
