Role Overview

We are looking for an all-in-one social media & AI Video Content Manager to lead our e-commerce brand’s online presence. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content creation—from editing high-converting AI videos to managing daily posting, scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Video Editing & Creation: Script, record, and edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and product ads using AI tools (CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney) to drive sales.
- Content Management & Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest using management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later).
- Copywriting & SEO: Write compelling captions, strong hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs), while leveraging trending audio, hashtags, and keywords for maximum reach.
- Community Engagement: Respond actively to comments, DMs,



and customer queries to boost engagement and drive conversions.
- Analytics & Growth: Track daily performance metrics (reach, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize strategies based on data.

Requirements & Skills

- Strong experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot) and AI content generation tools.
- Hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts for E-commerce or DTC brands.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for digital marketing and sales conversion.
- Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit links to past video edits and social media accounts they have managed.
