We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and trustworthy Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in warehouse management and should be capable of managing inventory, staff, dispatch, and warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.

- Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular physical inventory audits.

- Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor productivity.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, transporters, and customers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.

- Maintain proper documentation, including inward/outward registers, delivery challans, GRNs, and inventory reports.

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities to minimize damage and losses.

- Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.





- Handle customer queries related to warehouse operations and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred).

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

- Solid knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Honest, organized, and capable of working under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in FMCG, dairy, food, logistics, or cold storage operations.

- Strong team management and coordination skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely dispatches.

- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
