QC MANAGER JD
We are seeking an experienced qc Manger to oversee the quality control process in our
Apparel manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all product meet our high- quality standards ,complying with customer requirements,
And implementing effective quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
l Investing quality problems, determine root causes , and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.
l Supervise, train ,
and evaluate the performance of qc team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge .
l Work closely with production staff to identify issues,provide feedback, and implement process improvement .
l Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality .
l Regular quality reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and progress
Requirments:
l Bachelor’s degree, Quality Management, or related field.
l Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management in apparel industries.
l Excellent communication,problem-solving, and leadership skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
