We are looking for an experienced Infor GHR Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Infor Global Human Resources (GHR), Infor Process Automation (IPA), and Infor Configuration Console.

The consultant will be responsible for application support, configuration, workflow development, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support in an enterprise HCM environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Infor GHR and be comfortable translating business requirements into technical/configuration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Infor GHR

- Provide technical support and maintenance for Infor Global Human Resources (GHR).
- Analyze and resolve application incidents, defects, and production issues.
- Configure GHR modules and business processes based on business requirements.
- Perform application enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes.
- Support testing, deployment, release, and upgrade activities.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex application issues.

Infor Process Automation (IPA)

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
- Develop automated approval processes, business rules, notifications, and workflow logic.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and production issues.
- Modify existing IPA processes based on enhancement requirements.
- Test and deploy IPA workflows across environments.
- Monitor process execution and resolve workflow-related errors.

Infor documentation specifically covers configuring Process Server services, uploading IPA processes, adding services to processes, configuring processes for runtime, and verifying Process Flow server configuration.

Infor Configuration Console

- Configure and customize Infor GHR applications using Configuration Console.
- Configure application fields, forms, rules, actions, and security-related settings.




- Support application personalization and extensions.
- Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate configuration approaches.
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues.
- Support configuration migration and deployment across environments.

Infor identifies Configuration Console as a tool for configuring and extending HR Talent applications, including application and security configuration.

Integration & Technical Responsibilities

- Design and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite/GHR and third-party or legacy applications.
- Work with Infor ION and Business Object Documents (BODs).
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API-based integrations.
- Perform data mapping and transformation activities.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.
- Work with XML/XSLT and other integration technologies as required.
- Collaborate with integration and application teams for end-to-end issue resolution.

Production Support / AMS

- Provide L2/L3 application support for Infor GHR.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and enhancement requests.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with Infor/vendor support teams for complex issues.
- Support application patches, releases, upgrades, and production deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge repositories.
- Participate in on-call or extended support activities when required.

Required Skills

Must Have

- 3–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with Infor GHR / Global HR.
- Strong experience in Infor Process Automation (IPA/IPD).




- Hands-on experience with Infor Configuration Console.
- Experience in GHR application configuration and customization.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of HCM business processes.
- Experience with workflow and approval process configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Infor ION and BODs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with XML/XSLT.
- Experience with Infor Landmark / LPL.
- Experience with application integrations and data mapping.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Birst/Application Studio.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM.
- Infor certifications are an added advantage.
