Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant / CFO who can independently manage the complete finance function across our diversified group businesses, including Real Estate, Solar and AIF/Fund-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage overall finance, accounts, taxation, audit and compliance functions for the Group.  Handle financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management and working capital.

 Manage fund-related activities, fund allocation, utilization and reporting.

 Handle finance and accounting requirements across Real Estate, Solar and AIF verticals.

 Manage banking relationships, fundraising, debt/equity arrangements and financial structuring.

 Prepare MIS, financial statements, management reports and financial projections.

 Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, LLP and other statutory requirements.





 Coordinate with auditors, consultants, investors, bankers, legal teams and statutory authorities.

 Support management in strategic financial decision-making and business expansion.

 Manage financial controls, risk management and internal processes across group companies.

 Handle finance requirements of multiple LLPs, Private Limited Companies and Group entities.

Candidate Profile

 Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience

 Listed Company experience – Mandatory

 Strong experience in LLP, Private Limited Company and Real Estate finance

 Experience in fund-related work / AIF / investment structures is highly preferred.

 Experience in Solar / Infrastructure / Project Finance will be an added advantage.

 Robust knowledge of financial planning, fundraising, taxation, audit and compliance.

 Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

 Candidate should be capable of independently managing the finance function of a diversified business group.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
